My Breakfast Obsession: Coconut Yogurt Bowls

Maybe I’m late to the party, but I’ve recently discovered and fallen in love with Culina Yogurt, a plant-based, fermented coconut yogurt. Hands down, it’s the best plant-based yogurt option out there. It’s probiotic rich, helping to keep your gut happy!

I love the “plain + simple” flavor as it’s low in sugar and tastes like Greek yogurt. The “bourbon vanilla” is also insanely delicious: highly recommend for dessert!

I like to add:
• Organic fresh berries (I love blueberries!)
• Chia, hemp and/or flax seeds (Ground flax)
• Cacao nibs
• Granola
• Raw nuts: almonds or walnuts
